I woke up at 7.55 and had to hurry to reach the lab on time, to teach undergrads. Midway through the lab session, a student, who is very polite and well mannered asks me - “Each time we have a lab, the phone rings at around 8.00 am….” and then I had to say ” It’s just me calling to make sure that you guys stay in the lab. Just to let you know that I am on my way.” You should have heard him ask that question , with a puzzled look, it was so precious!
I slept really late, at around 5 am, and so I couldn’t wake up any earlier. I really envy people like my father who can do with 4 hours of sleep, and indeed can’t sleep more than that.
